Pearl-Ex Pigments are made from powdered mica which is a mineral. Since they are not metal, they will never rust or tarnish and are completely non-toxic.

They may be used for hundreds od art & craft applications and applied to virtualy any surface when mixed with an appropriate medium. They may also be used dry and then sealed.
